Listening to XM Radio
You must have an XM antenna and a subscription to XM
Radio to listen to XM radio.
The screens in this section will only be displayed if an XM
antenna is connected.
1 From the Source Select page, touch
SELECT.
2 Touch NAV XM.
3 Listen to music!
1 Touch a preset button along the top of the screen
to access your preset channels.
2 Touch and to change the Channel
within the Category.
3 Touch and to change Categories. The
Category name is listed above the buttons.
4 Touch Scan to scan XM Radio for your saved
artists.
5 Touch My XM to save or view favorite channels
and artists.
6 Touch Browse to select a Category and then a
Channel.
Using Preset Channels
Saving Your Favorite Channels as Presets
To quickly save the current channel as a preset, press and
hold a preset button along the top of the XM Radio page.
1 Touch My XM.
2 Touch Add Preset.
3 Touch Current Channel to add the channel
you are listening to.
• Touch Browse By Category to select a different channel.
4 Touch the preset you want to assign to this
channel.
Playing a Preset
To play a preset channel, touch a preset button
along the top of the XM Radio page. Also, you can
touch
Browse > Presets.
XM1, 2, and 3
Three sets of presets, XM1, XM2, and XM3, are
provided for you. Within each set of presets, you
can save six favorite channels and as many artists
as you want. For example, one person can save
favorite channels and artists using XM1. Then
another person can save favorite channels and
artists on XM2.
To switch between XM1, XM2, and XM3, touch My
XM > Change XM Mode. Then touch the preset
